How to use the ZPos Webmail
This video will show you how to access your email via ZPos Webmail. Learn to read and send/reply to emails online.
You will need to visit https://www.zposmail.com to access the Webmail service mentioned in this video. Please note, this article is only relevant to our clients with online ordering websites.
By default, we setup two email addresses for every customer who uses us for their online ordering website. this is:
- info@yourdomain.com - For general customer enquiries. Automatic emails from our software will be sent to customers from this address too.
- orders@yourdomain.com - This is a separate inbox setup to just receive your orders so they don't flood your main info@ inbox.
